| A follow-up for any who care and future searches. I agreed to purchase tweed interior panels from Chris Hilinsky, AKA Cyclone510, for $175 shipped. I paid with PayPal and never received anything. During the PayPal inquiry, he provided a bogus tracking number to a shipment that was shipped 3 months before our deal began and delivered to an entirely different state. Even though I "won" PayPal was only able to retrieve $77.22 for me. So much for PayPal being safe. :( This was my first really negative experience with PayPal and I'm quite disappointed that I got took. I am out nearly $100 and I am going to pursue this with local authorities if he doesn't refund the remaining money. If anyone has any more information regarding this user, including street address, please send it to me via email in my profile. Thanks.
